How can I check the data with your analytics software/Apps?

With our analytics software, you can view live video and access past recordings at any time. Our technology provides real-time and periodic people counting reports on the condition of your store. Can I connect my hardware equipment to your platform?

The OP Analytics platform boasts strong compatibility and can seamlessly integrate with mainstream devices on the market. To ensure a smooth connection, please provide photos of your existing equipment and related product information. The professional technical team at OP Retail will then furnish you with a perfect integration scheme.

Can the people counting system omit the trolley count?

Yes, our people counting system is capable of differentiating and omitting the trolley count due to the trolley's height being below 1.3 meters.

Can the system integrate with our current POS system?

Yes, our system offers an API function that allows seamless integration with your POS system. For detailed usage of the API, users may refer to our API Documentation.

Do you have options for stores with a wide average entrance of 4 and 5 meters?

Certainly, our counter provides wide-angle coverage, and in cases where the entrance is even wider, we can install 2 cameras to work in synergy.

How many cameras are needed per store?

For entrance counting, typically 1 camera per entrance is required, based on the width of the entrance. As for heatmapping, the number of cameras needed will depend on the size of the store and the ceiling height.

What is the typical delivery time?

Under normal circumstances, the goods can be delivered in approximately 7 working days after payment in Europe, America, Saudi Arabia, and South Africa. In Japan, South Korea, and Singapore, the delivery time is about 4-5 working days.

Does the price include a shipping fee?

Our price is FOB, and does not include transportation fees or insurance. We cannot guarantee the products to be undamaged during the transportation. For added peace of mind, you have the option to purchase transportation insurance for your freight.

What services does your after-sales service include?

1) Our after-sales service provides remote assistance for network access, product training, and addressing equipment or platform issues during use.
2) We offer operational and product training tailored to different industries to ensure customers can effectively utilize the platform.
3) Additionally, we provide hardware warranty service, including a 1-year warranty with the option for unlimited extension.
